The Opportunity
We’re seeking motivated independent sales contractors to generate new business and close deals. You’ll bring your own sales approach, methods, and pipeline-building strategies to introduce our services to businesses across industries.
What You’ll Do (Your Independent Role)
Develop and manage a self-sourced pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
Present our service packages to potential clients and close new business.
Use your own methods, network, and tools to prospect and drive sales.
Access agency sales resources (case studies, brochures, proposal templates) to support your efforts if you wish.
Maintain accurate records of deals you originate for commission tracking.
What We Provide
Agency materials to support your sales conversations (optional).
CRM access or simple reporting tools (optional; you may use your own).
Optional strategy check-ins and deal support sessions.
Compensation (Commission-Only, 1099)
40% commission on net collected revenue from the first invoice of any new client you originate and close.
Payment timing: Within 10 business days of our receipt of client payment.
Clawback: Commission is reversed proportionally if a client payment is refunded or fails within 60 days.
Optional accelerators and upsell commissions may be offered after initial period.
Who You Are
3+ years of B2B new-business sales experience (marketing or digital agency background preferred).
Track record of closing $2K–$10K deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset — self-directed, independent, and motivated by results.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Additional Notes
This role is non-exclusive — you may work with other clients or projects simultaneously.
As an independent contractor, you control how, when, and where you perform your sales activities.
